Demo Policy
We love to receive your demos. Please don’t send too much material to begin with, 3 or 4 of your best tracks is a great start. We’re not able to reply individually to everyone, but we can assure you that all demos are reviewed and if we like what we hear we’ll be in touch. If you are submitting a demo by post then our preferred format is CD. Please send your demos to:

If you would like to submit your demo by email then please send no more than 4 links to places where your music can be heard. We are unable to accept attachments so please do not send mp3′s or any other files, as they will not be listened to. Send your submission to:

Promos & Review Copies
We do not have an in-house club mailing list – if you send us full details of what you’re looking for we’ll try to forward your request to the correct person.
If you are outside Canada you must contact our local licensee. If you don’t know who this is, please email your request, remembering to give details of the country you’re in.
If you are in Canada writing for a publication based outside Canada (print or web), please send a note from your editor (or relevant authority) vouching your accreditation and contact Awesome Music’s local representative to nominate you to be added to the mailing list for Canadian based international journalists. At the moment the list is full to capacity, but new applications will be kept on file until the list is reviewed.
Guest Lists / Backstage Passess
Awesome Music is unable to provide guest list places or back stage passes for any live dates. Sorry.
Autographs
We’re very sorry, but we’re not able to help with requests for signed items or autographs. We get a huge volume of requests every day and it’s not practical for us to arrange this.
Job Vacancies
Thank you for your interest in working at Awesome Music. All job vacancies are advertised on this web site. Please only send your CV to us if you’re applying for an advertised vacancy. Due to the high number of unsolicited CVs we receive daily we are unable to keep these on file and will only review CVs sent in application for an advertised post.
Work Experience
We would love to be able to assist with all requests for placements at Awesome Music, unfortunately we get so many applications that it just isn’t possible. Unless you see a placement advertised on this site please assume that our quota is full for the year.
